AISEO is a platform specialized in structural optimization for modern digital ecosystems. Our services include:

Access and use of the site
The user agrees to make a lawful and diligent use of the platform. It is strictly prohibited:
- The use of AISEO for illegal or harmful purposes against third parties.
- Any attempt at unauthorized access, massive scraping or automation of audits without express permission.
- The manipulation, falsification or misleading use of the seals and certificates issued.
- Analyze domains for which authorization or sufficient legitimate interest is not held.
- Actions that compromise the security, integrity or technical availability of the infrastructure.
Audits and diagnostics
AISEO technical audits are performed on signals detected at the precise time of review. The user acknowledges that:
- The result is a temporary "technical photograph". Changes in the server, content or configuration of the analyzed website may vary the diagnosis in subsequent reviews.
- The reports have a technical and informative purpose.
- The recommendations issued are proposals for structural improvement and do not substitute the specific professional criteria of the developers or technicians of the client.
About CertiScore and Certification
CertiScore summarizes the technical state detected on a website according to the AISEO methodology. AISEO certification accredits that a website has been evaluated on a certain date and meets certain technical criteria defined by our platform. It does not constitute an official public certification nor does it guarantee traffic, search engine rankings, sales, revenue or absolute regulatory compliance.
Limitations and Responsibility
AISEO is a structural preparation tool. Therefore, we do not guarantee:
- Specific positions in Google or other traditional search engines.
- The appearance of the content in the generative responses of AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
- Guaranteed increases in organic traffic, sales or commercial income.
- The absolute absence of technical errors or the identical interpretation of the web by all existing bots.
Plans, contracting and payments
AISEO offers different service levels. The pricing conditions, audit limits, duration and renewal of each plan will be clearly detailed before any contracting process.
AISEO reserves the right to suspend or withdraw certifications and the use of the verifiable seal in case of non-payment, cancellation of the associated service, detection of negative structural changes or misuse of the brand.
Intellectual Property
The AISEO brand, the diagnostic methodology, the CertiScore system, the generated reports, as well as the design and visual code of the site, are the exclusive property of Globaria | Servicios Globales S.L. or have the corresponding license.
Applicable Legislation
The applicable regulations will be Spanish. In case of controversy, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent according to the applicable regulations, without prejudice to the rights that may correspond to consumer users.
